被老爸嫌胖 徐若瑄產後急跑步瘦身

（中央社／資料照片）女星徐若瑄日前剖腹產下兒子「小V寶」，才剛做完月子的她，今天在臉書上表示因被爸爸嫌胖，決定要開始跑步瘦身，但卻被許多網友勸阻，建議剖腹後短時間內最好不要做劇烈運動。
徐若瑄剖腹產下兒子後，常常在臉書曬天倫樂，日前爸爸因愛女心切，終於飛去新加坡探望女兒及外孫，徐若瑄當時在臉書PO上三代同堂的照片，感動不少人。
徐若瑄今天則在臉書上PO出一張她全身的照片，徐若瑄「哭哭」表示，徐老爹跟她說「哎喲～妳那ㄟ肥尬阿內？緊去問懂啦！」，於是她擺出了一個盡可能看起來最瘦的Pose。被爸爸嫌胖的打擊，也讓徐若瑄決定要開始跑步減肥。
沒想到許多網友紛紛勸阻徐若瑄，不少人分享經驗，建議剖腹後短時間內最好不要做劇烈運動，徐若瑄也積極回覆詢問相關資訊，讓留言版彷彿變成健康教室。也有網友表示徐老爹開完玩笑的，徐若瑄則無奈回說：「他非常認真」。
